When you purchase your ticket, you should receive a ticket purchase confirmation via email (sent to the address you entered at the time of purchase). In your purchase confirmation email, you will find your Access Code as well as a link to the URL where the show is being streamed. We will also send a reminder email to the same email address on the day of the show with information on how/where to access the performance. 

NOTE: the confirmation email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive, depending on purchase traffic. To avoid any slow-downs, please purchase tickets in advance.

If you can't find your confirmation email...

Please check your SPAM folder in your email client to ensure that the email wasn't mistakenly delivered there. If you do not see your purchase confirmation email in your SPAM folder (and you purchased your ticket more than 15 minutes ago), please check other emails that you may use often to ensure that your purchase was made from the intended email address. 

If you still cannot find your purchase confirmation email, please open a support ticket and someone from our team will respond as soon as possible.
