If you purchased your ticket in advance...
If you purchased your ticket in advance of the show/performance, you should have received a purchase confirmation email as well as a reminder email on the day of the show. Either of these emails will include both your Access Code for this performance as well as a clickable link to the URL where you can view the show.
To watch the performance, click on the link in the email, or enter the URL into the device/browser of your choosing. On the payment screen, you will encounter a field for your Access Code. Enter the Access Code from your confirmation email here to access the show:
If you purchased your ticket just before the show...
When you complete the payment process, you should be automatically forwarded to the event page/player for the performance. The player will display a countdown timer to the start of the performance. Simply leave the page open and wait for the show to begin.
If you purchased your ticket after the start of the performance...
If you were viewing a free preview period during a ticketed show and then decided to purchase a ticket, you should be redirected back to the live performance upon completion of payment. If you run into any issue with the player displaying content, please refresh the page. The player is enabled with a DVR feature that will allow you to rewind and view any portion of the show which you may have missed?
