You do not need to view the stream on the same device on which you purchased your ticket. Your ticket purchase entitles you to view a show on up to 3 unique devices. If you'd like to view on a different device, have your purchase confirmation email on-hand, including your Access Code. You will need to enter the Access Code on the device on which you'd like to view the show/performance.
To view a show, navigate to that performance's player page (the link is available in your ticket purchase confirmation email) and enter your Access Code (also in your purchase confirmation email) on the payment screen:
